Steps

  1. Peel and cube the sweet potato, then steam for about 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Mash the steamed sweet potato in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon to the mashed sweet potato, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
