Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
