  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the sweet corn kernels, chopped scallions, and sesame oil.
