Ingredients

  • Bell Pepper (red) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell Pepper (yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Snow Peas - 100 grams, trimmed
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Stir until the sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Add snow peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat, transfer to serving plates, and garnish with sesame seeds.
