  • Sweet and sour sauce - 100 ml
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Green bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
  • Pineapple chunks, drained - 50 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape about 1 cm thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the sweet and sour sauce evenly over the surface of the dough.
