  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ketchup, and cornstarch to create the sweet and sour sauce. Mix well and set aside.

  6. While the shrimp is cooking, heat the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until warm.
