- Egg - 1, beaten

- Green bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Pineapple chunks - 100 grams, canned or fresh
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 50 ml
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cornstarch, beaten egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the chicken balls in batches, cooking until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In another pan, add the green bell pepper and pineapple chunks. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, and water. Pour this mixture into the pan with the peppers and pineapple, bringing it to a simmer.
- Add the fried chicken balls to the sauce and gently toss until they are well coated and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
