Ingredients
- All-purpose flour - 200 grams
- Warm water - 100 ml
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Scallions - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add warm water while mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the chopped scallions, minced garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the filling.
- Divide the rested dough into two equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Spread half of the filling evenly over each circle of dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each circle tightly from one end to the other to form a log, then coil each log into a spiral shape and flatten gently with your palm.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the spirals on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
