  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red chili flakes - to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
