- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Begin by pressing the silken tofu gently between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
- Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the julienned carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Next, add the fresh spinach and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and water to create a sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the vegetables.
- Carefully add the tofu cubes to the skillet, gently folding them into the mixture to coat without breaking them.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
