- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps
- Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin half-moons, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
