- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and just tender.
- Return the tofu to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour in the soy sauce, vegetable broth, and sprinkle with red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce slightly thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
