  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
