  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon (optional, for thickening)
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced squid to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn opaque.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
