  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Salt - to taste
  • Green onion (chopped) - 1 stalk

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients by peeling and deveining the prawns, trimming the asparagus, and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
