- Spring onion - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the octopus pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes for 10 minutes.
