  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce, and half the minced garlic. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
