  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
  • Soy Sauce (Kosher) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green Onions - 2, chopped

Steps

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the skillet; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
