  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (ensure Halal-certified)
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon, mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
