- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Spring onions - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons (ensure Halal-certified)
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon, mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
