- Fresh clams - 500 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Soak the clams in cold water for 30 minutes to remove any sand, then rinse thoroughly.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped ginger to the pan, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the rinsed clams to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to open.
- Pour in the coconut aminos and sprinkle the red chili flakes over the clams, stirring well to combine.
- Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until all the clams have opened.
- Remove from heat, then add lemon juice, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
