  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the clams under cold water to remove any sand or grit, then soak them in salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
