- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Wash the Chinese broccoli thoroughly under cold water and trim off the tough ends of the stems.
- Slice the stems into 2-3 cm pieces and keep the florets whole.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the Chinese broccoli stems to the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
