- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Gluten-free soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - to taste
- Spring onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken with cornstarch, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of gluten-free soy sauce. Toss well to coat and let marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until cooked through and browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of gluten-free soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
