Ingredients

  • Asparagus - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the tough ends, cutting the spears into 5 cm pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
