Steps
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the tough ends, cutting the spears into 5 cm pieces.
- Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
