Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually add water and coconut milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Prepare a steaming dish by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the steaming dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Steam the mixture over boiling water for about 20 minutes, or until the cake is firm and cooked through.
