- Cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Spring onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them into thin strips or slices.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, spring onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes pliable.
- Lay the soaked rice paper on a clean surface, place a small amount of the vegetable mixture at one end, and fold the sides over the filling. Roll tightly from the end with the filling to form a roll.
- Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper sheets and vegetable mixture.
- Set up a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the rolls in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent sticking.
- Steam the vegetable rolls for about 10-12 minutes until they are heated through.
- Serve warm with additional soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
