Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and water to form a smooth dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until elastic. Let it rest for 20 minutes covered with a damp cloth.

- Prepare a steamer and line it with parchment paper. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer, leaving space between each one.
- Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 15 minutes until cooked through and slightly translucent.
