  • Egg Noodles - 200 grams

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green Onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell Pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 500 milliliters

Steps

  1. Step 1: In a pot, bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes.
