- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell Pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Water - 500 milliliters
Steps
- Step 1: In a pot, bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 2: While the noodles are cooking, prepare a steamer or a heatproof dish that fits in your pot. Place the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper in the steamer.
- Step 3: Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the steamer along with the vegetables. Cover and steam for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
