- Chopped spinach - 50 grams
- Shredded carrots - 30 grams

- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Dumpling wrappers - 20 pieces

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded carrots, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Set up a steamer with boiling water. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
