Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 200 grams
  • Chopped spinach - 50 grams
  • Shredded carrots - 30 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons
  • Minced garlic - 1 clove
  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Dumpling wrappers - 20 pieces
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded carrots, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take a dumpling wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Set up a steamer with boiling water. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  5. Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes until they are cooked through and firm to the touch.
