Steps
- Rinse the Chinese broccoli under cold water and trim off the tough ends of the stems.
- In a large pot, bring 0.5 liters of water to a boil.
- Place a steamer basket over the boiling water and add the Chinese broccoli to the basket.
- Cover the pot and steam the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes, or until it turns bright green and is tender yet still crisp.
