Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. While the broth is heating, drain the firm tofu and cut it into small cubes.
