Ingredients

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 10-inch round.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  5. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
