- Broccoli - 200 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame oil.
- Return the tofu to the pan, pour the sauce over the tofu and broccoli, and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
