- Red onion - 1 small, cut into wedges
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2 cm cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Once the tofu is marinated, thread the tofu and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is golden and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them cool for a minute before serving.
