Steps
- Drain the firm tofu and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture for about 10 minutes.
- Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces using your hands or a fork.

- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
