- Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Mixed salad greens - 100 grams
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and maple syrup to make the dressing.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 10-12 minutes.
