Ingredients

  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the pizza dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  6. Spread the marinated tofu evenly over the dough, followed by sliced bell pepper and chopped green onions.
