- Almond flour - 60 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams (shredded)
- Bell pepper - 50 grams (sliced)
- Red onion - 50 grams (sliced)
- Olives - 30 grams (sliced)
- Fresh basil - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Press the firm tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the pressed tofu and combine it with almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the tofu mixture into a round pizza crust shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven, then spread olive oil over the top.
- Top the crust with shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
