Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, ground ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
