- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Spring onions - 2, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrots, diced red bell pepper, and green beans to the pot. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
