  • Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed and cut into 2 cm pieces
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Spring onions - 2, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced carrots, diced red bell pepper, and green beans to the pot. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and water, then add the soy sauce and chili paste. Stir to combine.
