- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Cucumber - 1 medium (about 250 grams)
- Red bell pepper - 1/2 (about 75 grams)
- Green onion - 2 stalks
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili oil - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the firm tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into 1 cm cubes.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of sesame oil and sauté the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
