- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the sauce.

- Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sesame oil and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Return the crispy tofu to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and stir to combine everything. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
