  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with crushed Sichuan peppercorns, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
