  • Cucumber (thinly sliced) - 1 medium
  • Red bell pepper (thinly sliced) - 1/2 medium
  • Carrot (julienned) - 1 medium
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Fresh ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.

  5. Add the sautéed shrimp along with the dressing to the salad and toss everything together until well coated.
