  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Green bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
