Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add chili oil and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the pork belly to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 10-15 minutes.
