  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli - 150 grams, cut into florets
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced

  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced lamb with soy sauce, chili paste, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated lamb to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the lamb from the pan and set aside.
