- Lamb shoulder - 300 grams, cubed

- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, salt, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
