- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)
Steps

- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and chili flakes to create a marinade.

- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks form and the tofu is heated through.
- Remove the tofu from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve the grilled tofu topped with chopped green onions and cilantro, with lime wedges on the side.
