Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 medium head (about 500g)

  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper to create the marinade.
