- Button mushrooms - 250 grams

- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir well to coat them in the oil, garlic, and ginger.
